We will efficiently manage permitting and approvals, as well as coordinate technology and other design disciplines to mitigate costly changes.

02. ESTIMATING

Precise estimating is imperitive to a project's success. We will provide a value analysis to ensure the best return on investment at each phase.

03. CONSTRUCTABILITY

We collaborate with the design team to provide creative solutions, ensuring the best possible outcome to meeting and and all challenges.

04. PROCUREMENT

We wil maintain a detailed project schedule to ensure that long-lead item procurement, as well as subcontractor bid and selection, are accounted for.

05. PROJECT ADMIN

Budget, submittals, RFI’s and meeting agenda/minutes are managed through ProCore® construction management software for efficient project administration.

06. WEEKLY POSTS

Progress photos, summary of activities, and look-ahead schedule will be delivered to the client and architect each Friday to make sure that the project is on-track.

07. COMMUNICATION

We use the latest on-site technology for timely and accurate communication during construction administration that will achieve the best results.

08. JOBSITE O.A.C.

We will facilitate and lead weekly onsite OAC (Owner, Architect, Contractor) meetings to update project activities, schedule and any coordination requirements.

09. SCHEDULE

We utilize Smartsheet® software to keep the master schedule current, including a 3-week look-ahead, updated and issued for review.

10. CLOSEOUT

We pre-punch each project, providing close-out documentation warranties, as-builts, and O&M manuals to make efficient use of the architect and client’s time.
